Elaboration: The grapes are destemmed and subjected to cryomaceration to extract the primary aromas of the variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at very low temperatures, between 12-14°C, in order to obtain its full potential in secondary aromas. The blended wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method.

Type: Cava Brut Gran Reserva

Aging in bottle: 50 months

Type of grape: 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

Graduation: 11.5% vol.

Ideal temperature: Between 5 – 7°C

Harvest: Manual harvest from mid-August to the end of September. Grapes from a selection of our vineyards, aged between 20 and 30 years.
