Elaboration: A part ferments in stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures, between 12-14 ºC, in order to obtain its full potential in secondary aromas. The other part ferments in new French and American oak barrels.

Type: Brut Rosé Barrica

Bottle aging: Between 15 and 24 months

Type of grape: Pinot Noir and a selection of varieties from our estate.

Graduation: 12.5% vol.

Ideal temperature: 6-8 degrees Celsius

Harvest: Early harvest in mid-August.
