Elaboration: The grapes are destemmed and subjected to cryomaceration to extract the primary aromas of the variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at very low temperatures, between 12-14°C. The blended wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method. For this, selected yeasts are used, a process that in the rest and silence of our underground cellar, will bring a velvety texture to the palate.

Bottle aging: Between 12 and 15 months

Type of grape: 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 20% Parellada

Graduation: 12% vol.

Ideal temperature: Between 5 -7 ºC

Harvest: Manual and mechanical harvesting from mid-August to the end of September. Grapes from the “Can Bas” estate, with an average age of the vines of 15 years
