Elaboration: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at very low temperatures, between 12-14 ºC, in order to obtain its full potential in secondary aromas. The blended wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method.

Type: Brut Nature Gran Reserva, Magnum – 150 cl

Aging in bottle: 100 months

Type of grape: 10% Parellada, 30% Macabeu, 60% Xarel·lo

Graduation: 11.5% vol.

Ideal temperature: Between 6 – 8 ºC

Harvest: Manual in 20 kg boxes from the beginning to the end of September. Grapes from our oldest and native vineyard of the El Pont estate, aged between 30 – 50 years and limited production.
