Elaboration: Innovative method: For the production of this cava only sugars from the same grapes are used. It is a unique cava, where 100% of the sugars come from the grape must itself.

Aging in bottle: 24 months

Type of grape: 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Parellada

Graduation: 12% vol.

Ideal temperature: 6 – 8°C

Harvest: Manual harvest from mid-August to the end of September. Grapes from a selection of our vineyards, aged between 20 and 30 years.
