Elaboration:

The grapes are destemmed and subjected to cryomaceration to extract the primary aromas of the variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at very low temperatures, between 12-14 ºC. The blended wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method.

Type: Brut Nature. Reserve “Millesime” Magnum – 150 cl

Aging in bottle: 30 months

Type of grape: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Parellada

Graduation: 12% vol.

Ideal temperature: 6 – 7 ºC

Harvest: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes from the beginning to the end of September. Grapes from our oldest vineyards in the El Pont estate, with vines between 30-50 years old and limited production.
