Derecho de revocaci\u00f3n:\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ddd22a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ddd22a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Arte. 44 de la Ley 7\/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenaci\u00f3n del Comercio Minorista, confiere el Cliente el derecho a la revocaci\u00f3n del pedido solicitado en un plazo de siete d\u00edas desde la recepci\u00f3n del mismo, previa comunicaci\u00f3n en <strong>GIR\u00d3 RIBOT SL<\/strong>. (mediante correo electr\u00f3nico dirigido a: <a href=\"mailto:giroribot@giroribot.es\">giroribot@giroribot.es<\/a>, con devoluci\u00f3n del precio que hubiera pagado por el mismo.<\/p><p>Se deber\u00e1 devolver el pedido con todos los productos que se deseen devolver y con sus embalajes originales. Si el producto tiene defectos en su calidad en estos siete d\u00edas, el cliente tambi\u00e9n puede optar por la sustituci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5832e92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5832e92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Devoluci\u00f3n por defectos de producto:<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1955e1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1955e1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Defectos producidos en el transporte o error en el env\u00edo: Si en el momento de la entrega se aprecia de forma visible y clara, sin necesidad de manipular los embalajes de env\u00edo o los propios del producto, que un producto tiene defectos provocados por da\u00f1os en el transporte o se aprecia, en la misma forma, un error en la mercanc\u00eda recibida, el cliente deber\u00e1 comunicarlo a <strong>GIR\u00d3 RIBOT SL<\/strong>. (mediante correo electr\u00f3nico dirigido a: <a href=\"mailto:giroribot@giroribot.es\">giroribot@giroribot.es<\/a> en el transcurso de las 48 horas siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n del pedido para poder instar la devoluci\u00f3n del producto o productos afectados y con ello la sustituci\u00f3n por uno nuevo o el reembolso del precio pagado por el mismo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ca39a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1ca39a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Env\u00edo de pedidos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e0885f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e0885f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Una vez realizado el pedido a trav\u00e9s de www.giroribot.es, recibir\u00e1s una confirmaci\u00f3n v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico. Los pedidos se env\u00edan mediante transporte de paqueter\u00eda a la direcci\u00f3n de entrega indicada al realizar el pedido.<\/li><li>El coste del env\u00edo es de 10\u20ac por pedidos inferiores a 150\u20ac o GRATUITO para pedidos superiores a 150\u20ac por pen\u00ednsula y 15\u20ac por baleares. Desde la salida de nuestro almac\u00e9n, el plazo de entrega es de 48\/96 horas.<\/li><li>Si en el momento de la entrega no te encuentras presente en la direcci\u00f3n indicada, la compa\u00f1\u00eda de transportes se pondr\u00e1 en contacto contigo para poder concertar la entrega.<\/li><li>Sy en el momento de la entrega se aprecia de forma visible y clara, sin necesidad de manipular los embalajes de env\u00edo o los propios del producto, que un producto tiene defectos provocados por da\u00f1os causados del transporte o se aprecia, de igual forma, un error en la mercanc\u00eda recibida, el Cliente deber\u00e1 consignarlo en el albar\u00e1n de entrega y comunicarlo a <strong>GIR\u00d3 RIBOT SL<\/strong>. (mediante correo electr\u00f3nico dirigido a: <a href=\"mailto:giroribot@giroribot.es\">giroribot@giroribot.es<\/a> en el transcurso de las 48 horas siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n del pedido para poder instar la devoluci\u00f3n del producto o productos afectados (para poder optar a la sustituci\u00f3n por un nuevo o el reembolso del precio pagado por el mismo)<\/li><li>\u00danicamente se realizan env\u00edos a la Pen\u00ednsula, en las Islas Baleares.
